I learned today that LinkedIn only allows a profile to have 30K connections. Apparently LinkedIn will do changes without letting their customers know. Can not confirm this, but interesting. I then was curious about how fast this site has grown and found a site Toplinked.com who has been charting the growth of LinkedIn since 2003. Now this in it self was news to me, I did not know that LinkedIn had been around that long. The top linked profile in 2003 was a  whole 318 connections compared to today with the top linked profile having 44K+. So I am wondering if it is true that you can only have 30K connections, once they catch up with you, who do they delete your overdraft of connections randomly or do they give you a 30 day notice, freeze your profile, eviction notice...humm inquiring minds want to know! The real question is how the heck do you keep up with 30K connections, what advantage is it?

Someone asked about Mocospace.com the other day. I checked it out and found that it has the same feel and features as myspace. I then talked to the experts... my kids, grandkids and their friends.. First, out of several kids there was only two who knew what it was. I took it upon myself to search for my area and found there to be profiles for various ages. It appears more of a dating/hook- up sight for all ages. My mouth dropped to the floor on several profiles... let's just say there are several people open for anything! If your looking for some bad boys and girls this would be a great place to check out. The site was created by some 2 guys in the Boston area. They claim to have 2 million registered users. When I was on last there were 32K people online. They are noted to be the largest off deck mobile social communities. With this said, don't forget that most social communities also have a mobile feature. Check it out for yourself.

I am happy to say that we finally got the website up. It all looks so simple, but when it comes down to it there is a lot of work involved. Many thanks to Chris Bolle for all his assistance and expertise! He has done a fantastic job.

As noted above this blog will be updated with various news bits and plenty of rambling. This is not a professional edited blog, so please excuse any errors, typing errors, grammer errors and any other error you can find.
